what does a nanny do?

Your Nanny will respect your family’s privacy and hold a high level of confidentiality. We will provide in-home childcare and carry out tasks related to the child, light home cleaning, and quality professionalism. Our team of Nanny’s are prepared, friendly, organized and great listeners open to your feedback. 

What is your experience with children?

The Nanny Boutique Team has over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. We provide in-home quality care services to children 2-8 years of age. Your Nanny will engage with your children in play, plan creative and fun activities centered around your child’s interest.

Are you opposed to undergoing a background check?

Families are encouraged to conduct background checks as well as a current driving record report of your Nanny for hire.  Background checks can be conducted online for a minimal fee. Having a background check will give you a piece of mind when trusting your child and home in your Nanny’s care. 

what do Nanny Duties include?

 Bathtime routine, Clothing, Changing diapers, Feeding (bottle or solid), Giving vitamins or medicine (with consent in the contract), Brushing teeth, Transportation to school activities or playdates, Primary language learning, Facilitating house rules (ie encouraging children to be responsible for their chores), Enjoyable reading & writing activities, Practice tying shoes, Riding a bike, Creative arts & crafts time, Potty training, Going on local outings to the park or farmers market, or transitioning child to bedtime routine.

Do you have first-aid and CPR certification?

Our team of Nanny’s are first-aid and CPR certified. It is our priority when caring for your child.
